During this year’s MEDICA Ackermann clino presents a new display for optimized care processes focusing on safety and comfort. In an emergency, a patient’s life can be saved if decisive information is displayed in a concise and clear manner in order to be able to initiate corresponding measures as quickly as possible. One central clear-text large display in the ward’s hall facilitates a quick overview of emergency calls, alarms and vital signs from the telemetric systems connected, in order to make every-day hospital life easier and more efficient for everyone involved. The nursing staff immediately sees all the relevant patient data at a glance and can react faster and much more efficiently. The data are directly adapted in the system and displayed as abbreviations, as the number of characters in the display is restricted. The point matrix display is clear and easily readable—even at large distances. Time-critical calls are displayed in parallel or scrolling on the Dashboard, depending on the model selected. The intelligent interface of the Ackermann clino Dashboard PC allows for the display of alarms from the clino phon 99 call system as well as other call systems.
Both the allocation to the respective bed as well as all care and emergency data can be seen at a glance. In addition there is a possibility to prioritize the alarms. The new application supports patient care management by providing quick data access and therefore decision-making support in the case of an alarm. As a central information system, this Dashboard solution by Ackermann clino with its demand-oriented design thus contributes to process optimization.
